In August 2025, Arthur Carney served as Commercial Litigation Chair at the Law Society of NSW’s Specialist Accreditation Conference, held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.

The Specialist Accreditation Conference is one of the most significant events on the NSW legal calendar. Each year, it brings together more than 400 solicitors, judicial officers, and leading practitioners to engage with the latest developments across specialist areas of practice. The program underscores the Law Society’s commitment to excellence, ongoing professional development, and upholding the highest standards in the profession.

The 2025 Commercial Litigation stream featured sessions on critical issues, including emerging trends in dispute resolution and the effective preparation and use of expert evidence.
